@kou, you have no idea how my ISP screws with us. I cant load or even download stuff properly. Its a major pain, considering my usual speed of >400kbps. Now its <100kbps.
Whats worse, it makes it impossible to download my atelier kaguya games. they are all at >4GB T.T

ahaha that is why i still say its better.... usual speed >100 now download speed is <10. Browsing is better but sometimes i cant even load a pic frm tinypic. I blame the corrupted government to let a bunch of monkeys monopoly the connection.
