If your body doesn't feel well, you'll easily get depressed. In order for your body to feel well you have to:
1: Eat well.
2: Sleep well.
3: Get enough exercise.
I don't eat much, I don't sleep much and I don't exercise much either. Yet I still question myself why I'm depressed and negative...
Hmm... i dont sleep well for certain reasons... eat well... hmm... sometimes i go without lunch... and breakfast... exercise... i suppose i do a bit on my own... not that its all that much... havent done heavy exercise since i got out of judo...
