We have a couple blackouts a year during the winter/fall seasons when theres tons of wind @_@

i am member to other international sites / forums i won't say names but i think you can understand but i am only limited to replay with a "Thank you" just to enable the option to download the files i want and then nothings else.

Aside from the regular gojuuon you have the dakuten and handakuten, which modify the sound of the gojuuon

For example, は、ぱ、ば (ha, pa, ba)

And that thing you mentioned.

It's part of the Japanese syllabary and it's not another 50 of them, you can find a list here

Not really sure how to explain how it works, though; that's like asking someone how the alphabet works? @.@ It just is. :/
