i dont know how to use effects well in photoshop so i switch between ps and GIMP, i use gimp for effect, text and putting it together

but i think it looks nice anyway, kinda makes her stand out a bit more

You don't have to put the inner glow with default coloring try to much the outer color and in if you want a better light/glow effect use the default outer glow color or select the highest much color of the background ;)

Also you can use and Bevel and Emboss to high light and make more 3D effect looking the image!

Dreamweaver is for websites
Flash is for well, flash.
Premiere Pro is for video editing
After Effects is for SFX
Audition is for audio editing
Illustrator is for document design

It isn't a very well-implemented system, but it does help a little I suppose.
