haha not yet my friend, but over the past 4 weeks of training i have improved drastically, got my time for the mile and a half from 19:30 odd to 16:51 in 2 weeks with minimum training, putting more effort into it now though my goal is 10 mins flat! but yeah hire me as a bodyguard if you ever feel like it haha

I can run 2.4km in just under 14.30 last time I tried

OMG I am a monster!
My aim for 2.4km is under 12 mins

And I aim to do at least 3 pullups/chin-ups in under a minute (but that's asking for the impossible haha)
