3. Priest won't die no matter how many times his blood has been drank. But Shiki drank his blood 3 or more times and he is killed by lynching he will become a Jinrouu instead of dying. Side is for him to decide. Of course he will only be able to save someone by using Power now.

If Musang was bitten 3 time before death he could have had a ally.
