I didn't know much about judo, so when i see that judo-like movement, the first thing in my mind is judo

No touching the legs unless it is a continuation of some technique which just ruined a couple of my techniques started with something that involved grabbing the legs... also they made it stupidly harsh... instant disqualification for even an accidental touch... sry that i didnt know the crappy rules that they never announced =.=

Nah... its all just a matter of preference in terms of techniques... there is one technique which i would say could be the root of this but making a rule against all grabbing of legs instead of just that technique is kind of stupid =.=

Its translation is something like "gentle way" so it shouldnt be~ Throws and pins are generally not too painful though chokes and arm locks... can be... I havent gotten to arm locks yet since thats just for black belts xD

There no punches and kicks like in karate and stuff xD Throws... well if its a really hard throw i do think it could deal similarly painful outcomes anyway~ Both my shoulder injuries actually came from the guy landing on me after throwing...
