Initially I like light blue, but as I grow older I started to change from light blue to gray. Dunno but as we grow older and become mature, right and wrong become bias right? I mean there is no absolutely right or absolutely wrong. Like Yin and Yang, there is always right in wrong and vice versa, we must see something in a larger view, not only one side. That's the reason I choose gray as my favorite color.
You're welcome :) . As people said, the dumber and ignorant we are, the happier we are. I think it's true, but become so ignorant is bad. We just to make it equal, between to make everyone happy and make ourselves happy. It sounds simple, but really hard to apply, and so I believe with experience and optimism we can make it :D
Me too, I like the long talk and discussion, but I can't reply directly, since many stuff on my real life keeping me busy. But regardlessly I'll reply it heheh. Yep true understanding about ourselves is really important. With it, we can know better about our weaknesses and try to fix it little by little. Being perfect is impossible, but trying to be better perfectly is always possible :3 .
Ahh not really :P . I just like to be a simple and modest people, in my opinion tho. But I'm glad that you said it, I mean at least I'm not a bother to everyone heheh. Yep, caring for other is important, but not my main purpose in life, since not everyone is nice to me if I being nice to them, being modest and kind is enough, but you know, if people treat me well, I can treat them better, and if they treat me bad, I can be a really cruel person lol. Caring for other who care for ourselves is I think the most important.
Yeah that's why faith is wonderful since we can believe in something that didn't exist yet.
In fact I'm really childish that's why my gf always look at me like she look at kindergarten kid lol, but being responsible and dependable is our job as a gentlemen right? :P

Yep :D . Some melancholy is alright as long as we don't involve people and hurt them and make an excuse that we're on bad mood, that's really2 not cool ;) .
Lol yeah it's so different from others, so every time I got carried away and act high I'll remember who I am and what's wrong with me, etc. Life is so short Gen, so we must make it good for ourselves and others hehe. Although as you said, sometimes we really want to skrew the lemonade and f*ck off the life itself, it just normal lol.
Faithful is a good aspect for individual. With it you can be a better person without thinking about some negative things that happen to you :3 . And maturity doesn't mean you can't be childish IMO, it's good that we get a good laugh, sometimes make prank to others and doing childish thing, but in the time of need, we can make good decision and calm about the problem we got :D .
You said you associated yourself with green, but I think you are best suited with red, since you're an open person with honest kindness, you optimist people will treat you well if you treat them well, and that's really good ^^ .
About my color, yeah I love it and it's hard to get that combination lol. Violet and purple show the great and large the heart of us and yellow for sincerity of kind act. And the combination supposed to make us think that the world, the environment we live is as good as we think. It's about bringing peace and happy normal life without aim a big ambition. Just be yourself, just positive, and everything around you can also be better.

Yeah thanks Genki-kun, I choose this theme so everyone who come will always feel peaceful and remind them, that ASF is a home for us all, where we can take a breath from our everyday life :) .

It's one of the older VN's indeed. But so far it's really enjoyable. It does a great job at keeping you reading and wondering what's going to happen next. I finished one route and this was ..honestly a bit dull. I'm not going spoil anything but It sorta left me disappointed. Still 9 more endings to go >_>
90s huh..boy do I wish I could go back in time.. Not a care in the world back then. And a lot of stuff was so much better, most notably the music :3

Machine Translation is (in my opinion!) bad. I skipped quite a few VN's that were Machine Translated. The Grammar is SO off and it doesn't help with learning the language AT ALL >_>

. Apologies for the late reply. Been running around trying to 20 things at the same time while still trying to be Sanctum. And lemme say it's not easy x.X. I don't think I've ever consumed so much coffee in my life...and I swear it can't be healthy O.o. Anyways yesterday was just another day. Might go somewhere fancy to eat next friday to unwind a bit.At the very least I did manage to grab me a shiny new 4TB HD :D That should last me a little while, but I already want another one...when it comes to my hentais, I'm a greedy little piggy :P.
As I mentioned, I've never used it either..so I won't be able to help you in that regard..
And yes, most of them have Audio. So I'm positive you'll pick up lots of Japanese just by hearing it.
What I try to do when I play one: As the characters speak the English translation appears in the reading box below but I ignore it.
I mentally try to translate what they say and then watch the text to see if I got it right. It takes time but I guess it helps. It gives me some form of satisfaction at least :3 (I don't always do this though, especially with long VN's. It'll take much longer to finish it ._. I just randomly pick sentences to translate myself)
I'm not so sure what a 'Gold Release' is either.
As for the censors, as far as I know..lots of VN's are censored. But some fan artists get rid of those and everything will be visible (THis was the case for Shuffle VN) Not sure about others though. This is just me thinking out loud :3
Hmm..what exactly do you mean with 'what version'? There should be only one but with different Filehosts.
As for ITH, I've seen Renano's thread about it. And there are too many steps for me to even bother with it xD

I'm not that knowledgeable about VN's really. I'm a complete newbie too. I've played: Shuffle / Cross Channel / Hoshizora no Memoria / Katawa Shoujo as the bigger ones. And 8 short VN's from the Sono Hanabira series.
Currently playing Ever17.
ITH..Never even heard about it.. o.o I looked it up and it seems useful. I'll give it a try..(maybe..sometime) I'm just too lazy to go through the steps in order to get that stuff to work :x
About Saya no Uta, I've read about it on VNDB but didn't take the effort to download it yet. I will play it eventually but I've got some other VN's that are higher up in my list :3
I just play them normally and for now, translated. But still you learn a lot of words/sentences for your vocabulary. And as some VN's take HOURS so complete, most words get repeated and you'll remember it (depending on how fast you're able to pick up a new language).
I might try to play a untranslated VN but I can't read Kanji yet..so I'm sure I'll have some trouble with understanding the VN.
But as I said before, I learn most by hearing it and the English translation of the text helps me remember it little by little.
So if you really want to play a VN you can't wait for a couple of years to be translated, self-study Japanese meanwhile ^^
I can't bring myself to do that though. If I can watch unsubbed Anime without troubles eventually..then I'm more than happy.
I do think an untranslated VN sets the bar too high if you're "just" starting. You should give that a shot if you're able to watch Raw Anime.

I think I should start doing that too.. I NEVER write down stuff. I make a mental note of everything. No troubles with that but sometimes it's the smaller things that I eventually forget, like a button or effect in Photoshop. But whenever I do something related to that memory, it comes back to me (Or I remember it at the most random times and when I don't even need it ._.)
But I wouldn't car myself a perfectionist. It really depends on what I am doing/have to do. The more important, the better I do (or at least, try to) do it. So I guess we're indeed pretty similar in this case :3
But I do immediately correct every typo I make. Mainly because I tend to forget some of the smaller ones and I can't stand that red line underneath the misspelled word xD

Yea, I know. It can be confusing sometimes. They have different ways of saying stuff, to those you are saying it (e.g. You elder or junior) to and depending on the situation.
Google isn't much of a help in this case since it sometimes has troubles finding what you're looking for if you type the romanized version of the sentence
