    True; though I meant that due to experiences one has in a field, they may find it easier to learn up stuff in another field (e.g. someone experienced in drawing may find it easy to learn digital designing) - but others who don't know this might just think that the person is simply talented to begin with ^^;

    Well, not exactly everyday, but for someone who knew it for the first time back then, I was highly hyped up, yes. I did practise much, although I don't really think I'm exactly improving much aside of getting more understanding about the concepts >_>

    lol, believe me, those 2-3 months were absolutely nothing - seeing more things and trying them out helped me improve somewhat, though slow~
    Well, I can very picky on some occasions though, like choosing a suitable render. This process alone can take me over an hour >_>

    Well, there's this 18 year old friend of mine who often acts childish, so my other friends often say stuff like "for someone who's just one year older than him (that guy), you (me) sure are much older."
    Yeah, I guess it does; like how txt talk users are often considered children :P

    Well, there are a lot of styles, and some can require longer to master. Like for smudging and grunge style, you have to find the correct and suitable brush settings by experimenting yourself, and being able to aptly alter such things is what's hard (for me, at least).

    I think I took about 2-3 months till I could make some not-so-fail sigs at least. Refining your skills is what takes long, though. I wouldn't say most sigs I did ended up nice too, tbh >_> If you're referring to the ones I'm currently using, actually two friends made them for me, one being .fortella on this board. I'm not that good yet~

    I use stocks a lot, so I'm not exactly good at teaching >_> I mostly just rely on the principles, like having a distraction-free focal point, a good flow, suitable lighting, and so on. On most occasions I just open a new canvas, either paint it black or use a stock (like in that tutorial link), put a render on it, then splash the field with stuff like brushes and C4Ds. After having some flow, I alter the colours like using colour balance or most often photo filter, then add lighting using light brushes.

    tl;dr - because I do things in a rather chaotic way, I dare say I'm not a good teacher >_> I think I'm better at commenting though, somewhat <_<

    Hmm, signatures eh? Well, I started off by getting myself myself acquainted to Photoshop tools first, as the software that gets used most often for the purpose.
