i think we are going for happy ending, look, 3 year time skip, no partner yet and that last gesture from her (hugging shu back) that aint an action of a wife trying to leave the husband to be honest.

but this series has been red herring here and there, sudden plot change, i am not even sure what will happen.

it is still a netorare, but, if you are talking about tags, it will be male: netorare, the male mc is the one getting stolen.

some example are Kiasa's manga where sakura stole shirou from rin, or the one with female student stealing the male teacher from his wife.

(all the names are tentative and some of them probably wrong, Japanese names are the most difficult for me).
BTW it's weird that the author didn't use proper standing portraits for all characters, it feels a little too spoilerish for me. But the website is WIP so I guess he'll change that later...
Also, if the game is half as good as what's hinted (school ntr with mystery), it's gonna be a blast !

Nimura Haruna
MC's classmate.
She's currently going out with a guy in the same class, and since their relationship is good, they're famous as a loving couple.

Kouchi Manami
A maiden working as a member of the library committee.
She's basically a calm, quiet and shy kind of character, but she also can be really talkative when she's discussing about books she's fond of. She was in the same elementary school as the MC, as they were basically senpai and kouhai, also they were both in the library committee. Her heart was more open at that time.

Kisaragi Mana
A girl belonging to the cheerlanding club.
A bright and simple-minded kind of character. If she sees someone being bothered, she will absolutely try to help as she has a pure (and a bit naive) heart. The MC encountered her when he was feeling down, and she encouraged him to feel better. Since then, every time they meet again, her voice would cheer him.

Akazaka Marika
Even if she is MC's upperclasswoman and thus still a student, she's actively modeling in various gyaru and model magazines, so she's really famous. Of course, she's incredibly popular among the school male population, and for the MC, she is completely out of his league.

Takeki Noriko
MC class's class representative.
She has a calm and gentle personality, and is friendly towards all boys and girls, resulting in her being liked by everyone. She is even gentle with the class isolated (no friend?) MC. Due to his misgivings, she doesn't get along well with Hasegawa (main netori guy I think?).

Nanaharu Mizuki
Main Heroine.
MC childhood friend, who is in the same school as him. She is bright, fearless and energetic, but on the other hand she has a mannish and ill mannered personality. Her appearance is also stylish and she has beautiful figure and face, but she isn't really self conscious as a girl.

It depends: if the girl is the mc, then it's reverse netorare or male netorare, but if the guy is the mc, then it's cheating :)

The one you link to was fully translated by m1zuki. I didn't play it since I'm not fond of the character design, and also ntr with female pov doesn't feel like ntr for me, but some people are enjoying it so I guess you can try if you're into it :)
