Summary (based on my understanding obtained through machine translation):
3 main characters: Kazu (main character), Naomi (MC's wife) and Kou (MC and wife's childhood friend) these names are pretty much the nicknames they all call each other.
Story starts off with MC banging his wife but it ends pretty quickly. Wife comforts him about it but he's pretty insecure about it since he and his wife are in their early 20s and the MC feels like his libido's already dying. MC knows the problem ain't his wife and he frequently comments on her beauty so all he knows is that its his fault. After their night of sex, MC wakes up thinking of his childhood friend that he and his wife played with as kids (presumably until their mid teens) . Coincidentally, the wife also had the friend on mind recently. MC goes to work and on the way back in the middle of the night he spots the police arguing with a suspicious person who the police claims he hasn't seen around the neighborhood. MC steps in to check out the situation and finds that its the old childhood friend Kou-chan. MC brings friend to his house where he reveals he hooked up with Naomi and got married, the friend happy for them. As the friend and Naomi interact its pretty clear they have a rivalry going on, the friend frequently commenting on the wife's beauty (or his perceived lack thereof) and the wife not appreciating the comments and the friends pretty laid back and quite childish personality. Reunion is going good though and MC allows friend to stay over for an indefinite period of time.
Cut to next day, MC talks to his friend and wife and then head off to work but silently notes in his mind how he left his wife alone with a man in his house, but he assures himself that Kou is trustworthy. MC comes back home at night and the three have little drinking party. During the drinking party, the MC lets out his insecurities regarding his poor sexual performance to Kou and shortly falls asleep later (presumably because of all the drinking). He wakes shortly after only to see his friend getting comfy with his wife and fingering her, MC's can't move though because of the alcohol and falls back asleep. Next day, everything is fine but the MC talks to his friend on what happened last night. Friend reveals he's pretty sexually active and has dedicated himself to correcting the MC's sex life. MC actually accepts his help.
That night, for some reason, friend suggests that they all have a group bath like they used to as kids and everyone is actually cool with it (the wife usually rejects at first but goes along with a little push). In the bath MC and friend talk then as the wife is about to enter with a towel covering her bits, friend intercepts and gropes her in a somewhat friendly manner. (dude acts like a child so its hard to really understand at what point he's making advances or just being an idiot) After the fondling (that the idiot MC doesn't attempt to stop) friend recommends that wife gives them both a handjob and for some reason, it actually happens. MC is actually erect and feels turned on, handjob is a success. Friend calls it a job well done, convinced he's restored the MC's libido and goes about his own business. For the next few days, MC's back to trying to bang his wife but he still has poor performance again. Friend catches wind of this and resolves to solve this. Next day, MC has a dream of a place that he cannot remember. Same day, friend takes MC to that place. Turns out it was the secret base of the three friends. At this point, MC says that he wants the friend to bang his wife and the friend at first can't really believe him but the MC convinces him that he's serious and proclaims his love for his wife to let the friend know that even if he wants her to bang the friend, he still loves her. Friend agrees and later that night they talk to the wife about it. Wife agrees with the condition that the MC is in the room while she bangs the friend.Midnight comes, friend and wife reconfirms MC's feelings on this and then they get to 69ing each other. MC gets another choice at this point:

Overall the game was pretty bland. The ntr was pretty weak and the wife had little character. She spoke very little during the sex scenes and I honestly at some point in the game, thought that there was sexual tension going on between the MC and his friend. The only good points of the game are the threesome ending and the friend ending and that's simply because the wife actually talks a bit more and seems pretty into the sex. Typical Atelier Sakura game. What gets me most though is the game cover with the wife looking all seductive and that she has more place in the actual cheating. The fact is that she is pretty bland and mostly moans during sex scenes. Feels like the game focused way more on the MC and his friend than on the actual wife.
