@Kimmy I've buried 4 friends due to overdoses........ the last one was able to give me the strength to quit. Been clean for 11 years now, and sober for 7 years now.

Yes to the nap thing I feel tired often probably need to take vitamins.

Typically I am the silent type around people, I need to warm up so to say before I can chat with people I don't know or don't know well. Lately I have found that I don't normally have much to say to anyone as I don't have people around me that can relate to the things i enjoy.
