To your questions:

1. How did you discover Inyouchuu ?
About 8-9 years ago likely through the old HF threads and watching the OVA.

2. Most favorite and most disliked character with reason ?
I like Sui but in recent time Rinko's mom seems to be interesting me the most, I'd like to see what they will do with her in the future, so potential is there. Most hated that comes to mind is that cat girl in Etsu.

3. If you could have sex with one (Inyouchuu girl) in real life, which one would you choose and what would you do to them?
Sui perfect wife stuff, for having babies and the horse and carriage stuff.

4. Best inyouchuu merchandise you want or dream of ?
That C90 or any other unknown material the majority never got.

5. If you can meet Aojiru and the Tinkerbell developer team what would you do?
I'd like to interview him about his games designs and style. What makes it stand out. Why he thinks Inyouchuu is so popular compared to other stuff his made. How his style developed over the years and where he'd like to be in the future. The team I would cover what they do, how they find it and what they enjoy about working for Tinkerbell and so forth.

6. Best scene in the game?
Any with Pregnancy and Birth, but no nipple fucking or tentacles ripping out the belly button. ;)

7. What you want when the story continues? (After Goku or before aswell)
More of the White Cat Brigade with another nightmare tier monster villain.

8. Tell some trivia you found in game or story.
I wait till they are translated ;) Though Hanamaru! 2 doe shave the twins in it.

9. If you can suggest one character change who/what should that be?
Rather then change a pre existing character. it would be interesting have a character that could change age. So you have a Milf form with huge titties/wider hips and a loli form. Also more sexy skimpy costumes for the girls. :)

10.You are a demon boss in game and all the girls in the game try to kill you. How will you fight them back?
I'd take them out one by one working my way through from the weakest to strongest. Capture each one in turn breed with them to evolve myself, stealing their powers, to help with taking the next strongest.

I can unpack some data but for the main code we need to find the proper reader for japanese text to decrypt them. All I can do now is translate it directly from the GUI.

So you haven't managed to unpacked the script data, so you can read it in something like notepadd ++? You would also need a re-compiler too so that you edited script can be reinserted back to the original file format once edited.

So far the most you can do is copy the text with ITH, paste it in a text editor and make a translation from the re to be used as "external translation" if you want. Probably not worth the effort unfortunately.
Recompiling the game so far seems out of question, the engine is encrypted and since it's tinkerbell's proprietary engine (as opposed to something like kirikiri engine) no one has cracked it open yet and it doeasn't look like they will T_T
I would say there is no hope to get a real translation unless someone solves the engine problem first (or if mangagamer can finally get the rights from tink D: ).
The closest we could get would be maybe some sort of external text that mirrors what is being displayed, I don't know how feasible that would be and it qoul probably be too weird for most people.

Yeah you can do a custom translation for use in VNR but that would be a waste of time IMO, since it randomly freezes up. Someone did parts of Kangoku Senkan 3 on it.

I would take out the European part since that doesn't need to be known to them and some of us aren't part of Europe so we wouldn't be able to post in universally. And rather then say favorite I would say beloved or something, since it an't my fav series but it is a great series all the same. And for the last part perhaps I would frame it a question as if are they going to release it on DMM/DLsite to buy. Rather then sound like we are begging them to do it. Though Since I don't know Japanese formality the way you framed it might sound better?

For the game translation even we can't decrypt the game we still need translation.
We can re-create it with others engine or method I will take a research on this if Cyberwork didn't care us.

I'm currently working on trnalsation of Gaiden 2 , 3 , Kyou Main , Kyou Miko and Kyou Omake SS (C90 If we manage to get it)

Tell me what you guys will working on so I doesn't accidentally do it twice :)

We can use simple engine like flash too but I will choose it based on comunity. What code you can use ,prog ?

I've studied Java but C++ is also a possibility. Flash in my experience is extremely limited and you will encounter countless problems if you choose that. The most efficient method would be, in my opinion, to use ren'py or a similar pre-existing engine. I must also point once again out that recreating the game is not just wirting the translation but involves scavenging the extracted files to find the right voice tracks, sprites, CG variation, music etc and rearrange it so that it is faithful to the original. Needless to say that is a huge amount of work and I would not have the necessary time and mental energy to face such workload. So unless you find 10+ guys willing to collaborate or you can somehow do it all on your own it doesn't look feasible.
If you think I am exaggerating, try for yourself: try to recreate 10 lines of dialogue from any scene of your choice.

1. How can you discover Inyouchuu ?
It was in 2006 when the first OVA came out, or perhaps before it. It's been so long I can't really remember. But this was back during my /d/ days of making gifs and there were many secondary imageboards out there. I remember stumbling upon the first games CG and then Shoku's. At the time, the Shoku CG actually scared me! Yep. But I fell in love with the first episode of the OVA and came like Peter North, I remember counting 10 shots one day, so to get into too much detail... Inyouchuu gave me the biggest orgasms I had ever had... . Himekishi Lilia came out shortly after, then I got into Sexy Magical Girl Ai, Asagi, etc, and then started to love the Shoku CG and realized how amazing large insertions and cum inflation was. By 2008 the Shoku OVA came out and I knew what heaven was. The rest is history. I loved monster/tentacle rape and lots of cum in hentai, then realized how incredible the focus on impreg was in Inyouchuu. I like completely naked girls in dark organic environments, surrounded by the most vile and weird monsters imaginable... and I love how cute and anime-fied Aojiru's designs were. He has been my favorite hentai artist and my favorite hentai series since, probably for life.

2. Most favorite and dislike character with reason ?
My wife Mikoto, I've always liked bright colored haired girls in anime. I've always liked ponytails on girls and schoolgirls are my favorite "attire" for girls. Topped off with her fun spunky attitude, she's adorable and perfect. But I loved Ouka too, love that hair style and those twins got me into lolicon haha. I've always loved how the twins often get the most extreme insertions despite their smaller frames. Amazing.

Disliked, um... Yamato I guess, because I want to be him!

Really though it's probably Yuu (?) the catgirl from Etsu. She's really cute, but seems like a pointless replacement of Ouka and Kikuka, and isn't cool like Rinko. Also I didn't really care for Sora, but she has two nice scenes (the gangbang with the impreg/belt squeezing her belly, then when Ai and Nightmare fuck her).

Mikoto... it would be like Kowaku no Toki minus the guro. But I'd take care of her too of course.

A Mikoto figure of the same quality as the Asagi ones. Mikoto posing with her sword Raikou and Yoru attached on the side, in her Goku summer schoolgirl outfit.

More importantly I want Aojiru Works 2 and have for years. Aojiru has done probably well over 100 telecards with original artwork that we need to see in higher quality.

5. If you can meet Aojiru and Tinkerbell developer team what you will do ?
Bow down and thank Aojiru a million times. Tell them how much I love his art and the series. Ask about Aojiru Works 2 and if they have any extra material or cancelled artwork or ideas they never finished. What Aojiru's main influences were and who his favorite characters are.

6. Best scene in the game ?
I'd have a hard time picking out a top 5 per game. But these three from Shoku have been some of my longtime favorites:

Really can't fathom what the remade versions will look like in the Shoku remake!

Like others said I'm curious to see more of the White Cat Brigade, but a lot moreso to see Ai developed more and her story arc with the Shiratori's.

Well, I guess I discovered the bonus/debug mode in Goku and Kyou after unlocking the 100% CG.

9. If you can suggest one character how they should be ?
I've always had an idea that it would be amusing to have Hatsune Shiratori turned into a loli, maybe with her intellect and memories intact though... I think they could have some hilarious situations with her being younger in appearance than her daughters. Plus I don't know much about Etsu and forget what I've been told about it, yet we all know it's not the most popular one either way. But it would be interesting to see Hatsune come back in a better game.

10. If you a demon boss in game and all girls in the game try to kill you. How you fight them back ?
How about I'm Nightmare with Meioki's dicks and can transform the girls into powerless lolis and "absorb" their spiritual energy through my dicks.

Bonus: Scenario idea
Mikoto gets super lolified (perhaps younger than the Momo's) and gangbanged by Nightmare/Meioki/tons of tentacles. Or basically... I just want to see some Momo-ish lolis again but with Aojiru's modern day extremeness haha. It would be insane. :P

It would also be fun to see some huge demon horses in Inyouchuu.

Bonus 2: Ideas or changes for Aojiru
I'd love to see these girls with some ballgags!

I want him to stop on the path to guro. lol, I feel like it's mainly a demented twist on the twins and their regenerating. Maybe with story arcs without them we won't see it as much?

I need translation of the game for the wiki anyway (Roughly). Will contact more people to help extract or decrypt the game if possible. I know is need a lot of time and we could face copyright problem.

Ouka and Kikuka may not a true loli since a=in Hanamaru they like 18-19 aged girls and in Aojiru modern work they still like 16+ (P.S. TWins boobs size is B+ not A )

It's debatable and they look youngest in the Shoku CG and OVA. For non loli fans or someone like myself 10 years ago, they looked pretty damn young to me at first. But when you get more into it like myself, by this point I think Rinko is even debatable (same body type really) and I would only call the Momo's true lolis in the series, and maybe why they moved away from that because it's more niche' and would be trickier to get around. So I can't wait to see how the remake handles it.

The girls in the Hanamaru series are indeed similar but now that I'm more picky about it thesedays I think they're all more borderline and just teens. But we really don't need a loli breakdown since it's all subjective. That's how I see it though, if people call Ouka, Kikuka, and Rinko lolis or not it doesn't bug me, but compared to the rest of the cast they are certainly the petite younger looking ones.

The undeniable fact here is that we all know Aojiru doesn't care about milfs at all. His oldest looking girls look mid to late 30's at max haha.

Yes, Takeru is the first to get raped(actually the only one in the black cat brigade if you don't count the twins), it happens right before the beginning of the first game, she gets raped and mindcontrolled by nightmare to lure in Mikoto as well.
As for Hatsune having been raped, that seems a bit far-fetched just based on what we know, also if she was raped by demons she would have given birth to demons too, not Mikoto and Takeru.

After Goku I bet Sui's true ending will be canon, it's the last one you are supposed to see and it' the one that leaves the story the most open for a sequel.

I don't know why thew twins only give birth to dead children in the omake, it could be just because of the curse of immortality or the way they were being treated or any other number of things, I don't have time to check right now, but you're probably just giving it too much importance, i don't think it's relevant to the story right now...

I hope Aojiru add some harem ending scene. He create the scene like this for others game but mostly not inyouchuu.

The most people I see in CG are mostly 2 (5 if count minor characters)

Another weird part is all girls suddenly undressed I want Aojiru bring back undress scene in shoku :(
