Hmm size could change depending how it looks after its move? Maybe draw in the nose to see~ Usually having all the basic parts first will make something look better~
Hmm C++... maybe useful if i use cocos2d. but I'm using ren'py, because it's simpler. i don't need to make anything from basic. ren'py is made using python, which is not a very hard language.

Her finger/palm also looks more proportionate if you enlarge it a little (about 20-25%). In realistic/semi-realistic proportion, hand size is about the same as the face size (in length).
