Would you explain more about what kind of help you need?


What would you consider to be an osananajimi? What age range? Is it possible to have a one-way osananajimi? (a much older person being friends with a very young one :p)

In my opinion.. You could get to that level of friendship at a later age, but it's still not the same as being young together~

Translators Japanese to English
Being able to translate our projects from Japanese to English
Experience Required: No experience is required, but you must know the Japanese and English language well enough to translate.


Translation Checkers
Experience Required: Must be good at Japanese to spot our errors that might be left behind from the other translators.
Note: This only requires you to do a check over the translation, not to do a full translation.


Editors
Someone that goes through the English translation to make sure it is grammatically sound, and makes sense. Editors also ensure that typos, and other errors in regards to the translation are eradicated.
Experience Required: Must have a strong understanding of the English language.


Timers
Being able to time when the translated text will show/disappear on the episode.
Experience Required: Must know how to scene time, and not have any scene bleeding. We can teach you if your not experienced.


Quality Checkers
Check for issues such as graphical artifacts, timing errors, typos, grammar, legibility, sound and video quality.
Experience Required: no experience required.We can teach you if your not experienced.


Raw Providers
Supplying the raw episode to our staff from Japan in a timely manner.
Experience Required: Must know how to find and download episodes in high quality, and then upload it to our ftp so our translators can start translating.


Karaoke SFX
Designing the text effects for the Opening/Closing songs of our projects.
Experience Required: Experience is a must


Distro
Being able to either seed(Bittorrent), serve a XDCC bot or host Direct Downloads.
Experience Required: No experience required.


Encoders
Getting the final raw/translation/timing and putting it all together to release the final product which will be ether in MKV or AVI.
Experience Required: Experience is a must

Typesetter AFX
the make signs in english for signs that were in Japanese and really good typesetters make it look like it was originally there and not even added in
Experience Required: Experience is a must

those are what i need in order get team going to sub a ep from a anime show

There are groups that have one person doing 3 or more of those jobs. Makes it a bit harder perhaps, but depending on how many join, having them doing more than one job would be good.

Combine some of the jobs.

I might consider sometime~ I'm not very great with Japanese, but I can read some and make sentences. I'm a little more interested in translating visual novels, since there's some that don't have a translation yet or got canceled T_T.
I don't know how long it'll take me~ but I plan to know more about Japanese than I do in English.
Certainly is a high goal, I've been learning with different things too. The biggest obstacle for me is motivation lol

I do have the materials to teach myself an advanced level btw~

Personally, I wouldn't give birth to children or try to raise them.

I can babysit and take care of them for awhile.

I don't want others to be hurt, feel too depressed, or give up on life because I dealt with that.

I like and trust everyone.

I have a slight headache after coming back from the barbecue with my dad's friends. There was so much meat to eat and I was offered beer from his friends. The worst part was when I was offered beer the first time. I gladly accepted as a gesture of kindness. I was fine after the first drink.

After I downed the beer, I was offered more and thought to myself "Hmm, the beer seems quite weak. I guess another wouldn't hurt" After I drunk the second one I was asked again if I wanted more. (I could tell by the hand signs). I said no more, and I think the guy only heard the 'more' part and gave me more. And so I had to finish that too.

When I had almost finished the 3rd glass, they poured more cups for the people around and did a "Gum Bui/Kanpai/Gam bei/A toast" gesture. And I did the same thing. Instantly they thought it was a sign that I wanted more and so they gave me more beer. I looked at my dad and he laughed, while smiling at me saying "No worries! I'll bring you home if you get drunk."

After the 4th drink, my head somewhat started to pulsate really fast, and I ended up falling asleep where I was sitting. About 20 minutes later, I woke up when my dad told me we were leaving. When I got up, I was rather wobbly and could barely get to the car. I could feel my reactions slow down and I could barely speak without sounding slightly slurred. (The good thing about speaking Cantonese is that you won't sound very much slurred at all when speaking) When I was walking home after getting off the car, I had to have my dad open the doors for me, and I ran into the bathroom as fast as I could and ended up throwing up what I ate. Then I was brought to my room and given some sugared water which helped me clear my mind a bit and think normally. I fell asleep soon after, and all that happened within a span of 2 hours

But I think my tolerance for alcohol has levelled up a bit~

I'll never want to experience something like that again. Did I mention that they couldn't speak English/Chinese at all and only spoke Vietnamese so that I'd always have to turn to my dad and ask for a translation?

It was just because of the occasion Shio. D: I mentioned before that I never drink except on occasions.
