the hundreds refer to the year of the student.
100 = freshman class
200 = sophmore
300 = junior
400 = senior.
The other numbers specify the course.
psy 101 = intro to psychology
psy 102 = study of behavior
psy 204 = childhood development
etc.
I'm not sure how they classify the second number. (Ex: there's chemistry I 103 and the second part is 106)
For some upper classes, there are requirements, such as taking the freshmen classes.
After the course number, you have the classroom number. (wtv given) then you have the class section: A, B, C. (for ppl teaching the kind of class).
