I've seen MU go from 50KB/s to 1MB/s - the same time Fileserve varied between 1MB/s and 10MB/s. There's plenty of wriggle room in those numbers...
Add in that I can also pop a list of FS links into IDM and download all at once and can't do that for MU and you got a clear winner.
Both accounts are premiums, by the way.
