It seems that I interpreted the sentence you wrote in the wrong way.
I usually have time on Sunday.If you tell me when you are free beforehand,I can reply to you on skype.In your region time,about 1:00AM~4:00PM on Sunday is good for me.
And I have not webcam.I have used only mic and yearphone.Should I buy webcam?

I can never plan in advance since I never know what my days will be like. Though it might be beneficial to have someone to talk Japanese with, I can't really talk yet at my current level, so I should have some more practice first. That way I will have more to work with in order to sharpen my listening skills and intonation. But before that I should build up my ability to at least speak casually.

That being said for future reference the timing can probably fit almost at any time for me, randomly.
I don't have a webcam either, and no need to buy one :D I would mostly be to shy myself to use one anyway truth be told w.
