Thank you.~ I was speechless. I didn't expect her to reply to my tweet. :redface:wow! that's quite a feat~
congratulations and good job, pinky. keep up the good work ;9
Oh, she's not one of the judges for mnet's contest but she's the original singer of "That Woman."^^Could it be possible that she is one of the judges for this contest?
Or maybe she just interested in watching the contest?
I'm happy to hear you say that.~ But like what she has said, I need to practice more and more and really more.^^You sang quite well for that song :3 Whats not to be impressed about xD
Well everyone can improve no matter how close to "perfect" they get~
It was your best attempt at that time so maybe you can try singing the song again after you felt like youve improved significantly enough and see how much of a difference there is :3
Wow, this has been a while and it seems there's no official invitation to get to Korea or something. XD
And I still find it amazing how you can now easily reach those famous people through the internet, when before, majority would really want to have a convo with them or two.
Well in the end "Continuous effort is the key to Success, not through strength or intelligence, as those two only serves as your guidance to reach the door to Success".
And I'll be gone again, too busy this month and on the coming months... and on the coming months... until December, and even beyond that.
Well the agendas I'll be attending to are really exciting for me sooo... yeah.
But I'll be sure to find a vacant time in my schedule to do anything I want, including foruming again.
Sooo.. gtg and good luck. XD
Doesn't have to be too technical.^^ Because a good song isn't based only on its technical aspect but also on how it has reached its audience.^^ hmmm.. did the power of my voice improve? >.< I think it's still quite the same compared to "That Woman". :Shaha.. its not like i have any knowledge about music whatsover >.<
its just nice listening to ;3 but anyways.. what i roughly thought about it:
till 0:45 it was more quiet and calm and i liked the change into something more ?lively?, ?powerful? xD
at least something with higher notes~
Agreed. I felt that your voice had a lot of power once the 'chorus-like' part started. I'd like to hear the full version from you when the time arises.
Hmm the song... its a bit quiet at the start but fine in the latter part~ there is also the sounds in the background as was said before...
Being her trainee would probably be a great experience :3 I doubt many would have a chance to do similarly~
Hmm have you ever had any music lessons before?
Oh my. That's a really kind comment from you. but ofcourse, JiYoung-Unni's voice is still waaaaaaaay better than mine. And there's a duet part that's why maybe you thought that way. Hahahaha.^^Excellent cover, Pinkylicious! I almost couldn't tell if it was Ji Young or you singing, haha. And your Korean is very good from what I hear. Your Korean has a bit of a Seoul-type of dialect, but maybe that's because it's common.
It would be really cool if you get to be Ji Young's trainee because that would be a once in a lifetime chance. If you were Ji Young's trainee, you may have a duet with other Korean singers like Hyorin from SiSTAR! c:
Hahahaha! Thank you for listening to it.~ It has been indeed a long time since I last posted an English cover. xD I hope you liked it and I hope you also enjoyed listening to it!^^ Outstanding? Really? I think I still don't deserve to be called outstanding. >.< Gotta practice more.^^i cant understand the singing but good job :)!! like the others said you have a very strong voice. Keep practicing and you'll even be more outstanding then you are right now!
Oh my. That's a really kind comment from you. but ofcourse, JiYoung-Unni's voice is still waaaaaaaay better than mine. And there's a duet part that's why maybe you thought that way. Hahahaha.^^
Oh, wow! do you speak Korean?^^ Maybe I got influenced by k-dramas and my students' accent too.~ Hmmm... How do you differentiate Seoul-dialect from other k-dialect? >.< Oh! I heard about SiSTAR! Kim JaeJoong, one of the k-singers I would like to be my trainor, mentioned that group lately in his interview.^^ I just really hope to be given a chance to be trained and learn from seniors.~
Hmm well you can always hope xD Maybe there would be enough supporters in the group to make you her trainee and she would accept~ Voice lessons... hmm could you maybe ask for some of your own? :3 Or your sis could probably teach you what she had learned~
Haha, no problem, Pinkylicious. Nope, I disagree. Your voice is very similar to hers. Oh really? I thought it was you singing for the entire time, haha.
I speak a little Korean actually, just the basics though. Seoul-dialect is different from other Korean dialects because of how they pronounce words. For example, 'Samchon (Uncle)' would be pronounced as 'Samchun'. I heard it takes years and years of training. Don't push yourself too hard if you do wind up being trained. c:
Thank you for your support!^^hmm...so pinky-san is having a contest.....okay..i'll support you too go after your dreams
Hmm... i dont have much experience with twitter... but are there actually people showing interest in that group?
Oh... so cant afford it... well good luck with your alternate methods of chasing your dream~ seem that youre working quite hard for your goal and family so would be nice to have a reward of sorts~ So sis cant help :/ Anyone else who can? Someone who knows about singing~
