Here it goes...

I watched the audition episode for SuperStarK4. IMO: I think most of the passers are Koreans that's why non-Koreans weren't really expected to pass to the "SuperWeek" (the auditions were held in Korean Language too). I want to emphasize, that this is just my opinion.~

But then, an upcoming audition this September from the same management will happen.. However, this time, it will be held in different countries and one of the countries would be our country! Yey! :> First week of Sept would be the deadline for the entry submission online and the real audition/venue will be announced soon.~ The difference aside from the audition venue would be the audition language. This time, the live auditions will have translators.^^ The auditions from other countries were posted already and yes, they are natives from the country which the audition was held. :)

In addition to that, when I saw the audition episode for SuperStarK4, I found out that Baek JiYoung-Unni is indeed one of the judges! Hahahahahaha. I was really shocked when I saw her as one of the judges for the live audition in Korea. xD

Lastly, I applied in the company of the k-pop group I consider as my Senior.^^ I was contacted! But once again, the problem was the location (The audition's gonna be held in LA, USA). >.< It was worth a try tho. :)

I HOPE YOU'LL SUPPORT ME IN THE UPCOMING AUDITIONS! Haha. :) Thank you ASF Family!^^

Improve and impress her more~ I went to SF School of the Arts~ They recently added one of the founder's names to it though xD As for major... undeclared but i want to try animation~ And run off to an arts college instead of my current uni~ At least i have friends there... basically half the class of the upper class went there xD

"[Korean - Ballad] Baek JiYoung- Like Being Hit By A Bullet"

This was shot last Saturday, August 25, 2012. We call it the "paparazzi wrap up vid" hahahaha. xD I went to my hometown last weekend because we needed to practice some songs for my friend's wedding.~ After the "wrap up" of the practice, the video was recorded. It's short and a sort-of-a-teaser again because it was already 11pm and we needed to go home. Hahahaha. Nevertheless, I hope you'll enjoy it!^^

This video will be sent along with some of the mp3 covers for the upcoming Korean contest.~ Although there was no major practice for the vid, we just took this opportunity to record it because having atleast one video entry is essential for audition.

Hope this one will go out well too! Tell me whatcha think with the vid - the song and all. :)

Extra note: This song was sung in a K-Drama I watched during the first quarter of 2012. First time I heard it, I was really attached to the song. It's not an OST of the drama so no matter how much I tried, I wasn't able to find out the title of the song. >.< However, last week, while browsing at JiYoung-Seonsaengnim's songs at youtube, I clicked on one of her MVs and found the song I was looking for!! After all this time, I didn't know that she was the original singer of the song I've been looking for.~ Another cool coincidence!^^ Hope you like "Like Being Hit by a Bullet" by JiYoung-Seonsaengnim! :)

I actually created twitter to send messages to Jaejoong-Sunbae. At first, I only sent tweets to him. I never followed any person except him. After some time, I started to send tweets to the members of his present group, JYJ. Then I was able to exchange some tweets with their Philippine fan base. They followed my account, so after some time, I decided to follow them too.~ And then the "Fallen Leaves" video was recorded during a gathering from them which was seen by my friend and was sent to SuperStarK4 and thus, the clicks.^^ haha. xD

I always send some tweets to my JYJ-Sunbaenims, however, one day, one of them deactivated his twitter account (evening of August 1). Many people got sad ofcourse, including me. I tried to confirm around by browsing some sites. Eventually, I found a page at Mnet which has the list of the twitter accounts of many k-artists. After scrolling on the page for some time, I found BJY-Unni's twitter. Around 2am of August 2, It was a totally random decision to tweet to her the cover song of, "That Woman", never expecting a reply. >.< To my shock, she replied! It was even on the same day. Just imagine my reaction that time. Hahahaha. :redface:

After reading some news about JiYoung-Seonsaengnim, I found out that she was a judge from "The Voice of Korea", one of Mnet's contest. On the first episode launch of Super StarK4, I was shocked to see that she was also a judge for the auditions there. Who knows, maybe she will also be a judge in the upcoming contest which I will be submitting this vid entry.^^

I hope the story makes sense. xD

I hope I'll pass the new audition and see JiYoung-Seonsaengnim in the future, maybe Jaejoong-Sunbaenim too!^^

Maybe a couple rounds of practice before you made the video could have been nice but you cant really help that either with how late it was... Hmm its not the full song is it?

Actually SFSOTA is a high school xD Somewhat special school but just highschool~ Currently not at an art uni cuz i didnt really think about continuing art until it was late in senior year...

It has online auditions.~ If you pass the online audition you'll proceed to the main audition. But, the video uploading on their site isn't working well. I'm not sure if my entry safely arrived. >.< However, there's still option two: Walk-in auditions. Usually it's held in the morning before the main audition starts. If you pass the walk-in, you'll be joining the main live audition.~ It's really kinda exciting because finally, it'll be really held here in our country.^^

Yes that's correct, I was attempting to be Jaejoong-Sunbae's trainee but it has a really small chance that a tweet will be read by him. xD He receives tons per minute.~ Oh, that could be possible if Jiyoung-Seonsaengnim will be there in the audition day!~ It's still a week to go before the venue will be announced but I'm nervous now! Hahaha. xD

Yup. Really quite a lot. True, a gamble, but it's still worth a try, I guess.^^ As for JiYoung-Seonsaengnim, I'm not sure because based from the previous season, the judges would be the executives. While reading comments from the past season, my nervousness amplified 10times. Hahahahahaha!!

I heard it was really really really intense. But I like to be trained that way. xD By the way, the LA audition got finished today. Remember Jaejoong-Sunbae? Actually, he is from the company which is holding the LA auditions. >.< His group, JYJ, is composed of him, Yoochun-Sunbae and Junsu-Sunbae. I had a hunch that they would be guests in the auditions and I was correct, Junsu-Sunbae was at the auditions.~ I felt sad after hearing that news.. But I would be more sad if all of them were guests during the audition. Atleast they weren't.:S

Well i can hear the first line of the song but the second line is kind of... too quiet... or maybe i should turn up the sound more... The person playing the piano seemed somewhat unsure for the first few notes but is fine after though that might just be him taking a moment to read the notes~ I felt emotion from the song though the static was quite noticeable...

Audition update: Didn't make it to the top2 representatives. >.< However, it was a fun experience.:redface: Honestly, my heart ached a bit, but, this is not the end of the journey I thought! :) There were some setbacks with the audition process but I'm still happy for the top2 of our country.~

BUT, like what I have mentioned to you guys, another project is on the process and it'll take longer time but this will surely be something to look forward to. ;] If only I can share more details! But for now, it's not allowed.

That's unfortunate to hear Pinky, but as long as you've enjoyed the project, had fun and given your best that's what matters. Here's hoping you'll get even further in the next project! Good luck with that. >:]

Their process of evaluation is quite complicated. *sigh~ When it comes to the site, maybe the coding or server overload or something like that. >.<

Process of evaluation... well complication would probably give everyone a fair chance... when stuff get too simple then certain people who are otherwise good would probably get cut off for not reaching some standard...

Well idk... i most of them talk like theyre knowledgable and have been around for a while... this is pretty much my first forum so i have little idea whats been happening on forums and whatever rules there may or may not be~
