Pokemon X and Y

I see..Haven't played BW2 yet. I might consider downloading a ROM.
But it's cool to know that they added every Gym Leader so far ^^
I thought a bit about Pokemon X and Y..and to be honest..I think I'll end up buying it.
I've played almost every game from Gen I to Gen 5 and skipping a Generation because of something I don't really like seems stupid :3

Xerneas looks weird indeed. As Ignis said, it's design is out of proportions.. Antlers too big In my opinion but I guess I like the colors at least. Yveltal..hmm..is pretty cool I guess. I like that it has Blue eyes *_*
I wonder what it's type will be and if they're going to add another new Pokemon Type. Not so sure if I want that though =/ The types we have now is more than enough for me.

Ahh, I see. Sorry, since it's not exactly new, I just went with the default assumption that everyone involved in the discussion must've played it. I hope I didn't spoil too much. Oh, if you do download a ROM and play on an emulator, make sure to update the emu first. I think Desmume needs to be at 0.9.8 for it to work. Not sure about other emus like No$GBA or homebrew/R4/etc. And I suppose you're right. My sis has also been an avid Pokefan since Gen III; it'd be weird if I suddenly skipped a generation.

The rainbow on its antlers is kinda cool, I guess... like the way it makes an appearance in the trailer. But I still don't like its overall looks, haha. Yveltal also feels like a mega-level Digimon to some extent, but I suppose that's a given with more monstrosity legendaries (not saying I hate it; just felt like mentioning it). As about new types... I dunno, but I could think of some other possibilities if they wanted to add new types. Like, we've had Dark since Gen II, but no Holy/Light? Unless that's what Psychic is... but that means they indoctrinate Pokefans that darkness is better than light! /me puts a tinfoil hat

if only pokemon = bishoujo or something i would be more interested. (dont stare at me like that!) what makes the deal for me on most rpgs is the heavy reliance on party mechanics and the attachment to your party members. that is one of my biggest beefs with western rpgs, the masked protag and unrelatable/impersonal party members.

as for pokemon... i just cant relate to anything but .... a pikachu /me flees

Pokemon is one of the few games where I really don't care about spoilers. I always find myself scavenging the internet for news/updates on the new games xD
Hm..I see. Well I play my ROMs on my R4. So I think I should be able to find a working one. No troubles with Pokemon Game ROMs so far.
Man.. when I hear other people talking about brothers, sisters or close relatives who are into Anime, I get jealous D: I'm the only in my family that likes this stuff... Ignis, wanna trade sisters? I'll give you mine but she's in a rebellious stage of puberty now though..Hope you don't mind :3

Something that has to do with Light sounds plausible. I'm not looking forward for yet aother type but I don't think I would mind either. Even more possibilities for battling/training Pokemon.

Sylveon makes me think of Skitty/Delcatty. It's way too girly, so I don't know if I'll ever use it will be using it for sure. Looks more like Normal rather than Light; however, I could think of some of the current Pokemon that would have the Light element if it came true. Something like Mew, Lugia, Blissey, Reshiram. (I mean, even the movie refers to it as the "Light Hero.")

Speaking of Sylveon though, seems like it's long piqued the interest of fans to be guessing about its natures, branches, and whatever, e.g. http://www.neoseeker.com/forums/60943/t1836223-possible-theory-on-sylveon/

You do know there's Touhoumon and Moemon, right? Though, as far as official franchise goes, I just can't think the kind of game you wish would have any sane rationale without being laden by illicit sexual implications...

Not-A-Chance! Besides I'm likely too old for someone in puberty lol. Not that I'm implying anything! But my sis isn't exactly into anime and other Japanese stuff; she just plays most JRPGs I play/show her.

Why do everyone like legendaries so much? Is it because they're ridiculously overpowered or what? I liked my Ariados in Pokemon Crystal. And he was still useless at that time. Good physical attack but crap magical attack and yet all of his physical attacks had 20 base damage or lower (except Fury Swipes which could hit more than once). Then he get Psychic that is a strong magical attack out of everything :/ 90 Attack base stat and 60 Sp. Attack base stat... that Psychic was useless

If you really want to know... The only legendary that I actually put effort into lvling up is Ho-oh. I love his signature move, Sacred Fire. I also love his looks :/

And indeed, Sylven does have sort of a girly aura around it. Just from the looks and the move it used in the trailer (Swift) I suspect a normal type but we'll see how it turns out :3

Meh, that DS is too bright for my eyes. Some dark color would be nice or Light Blue-ish. Or just a suicune version <3

I hope they'll make more balanced Pokemon in Gen VI. Gen V had way too many physical attackers in comparison with special attackers. Stats-wise, at least. Not to mention that some of them, like Haxorus, are totally overused... Sure, great stats, but man...

unown, haha, she also plays some Western RPGs I play like Skyrim, but I suppose she fancies calmer JRPGs. She's a girl, after all. Meh, I'm totally fine with Sylveon being extremely girly. I may not look like it irl, but I'm a sucker for cute stuff! Bring it on!

Speaking of the movies, I just recently rewatched the first movie with my sis (it was her first time watching it). She kept a straight face throughout the movie; the only exception being when Pikachu derps or Mew displays cutesy, and I almost burst into tears. I don't remember crying over it when I first watched it as a kid, but now even the prologue felt really touchy. Scenes like this...

Balance..It's kinda hard thing to do but you're right about the Physical/Special part. They could even it out, like 50/50 this game. But still everything will just end up in tiers as usual =/
Guess I can't say I dislike cutesy Pokemon. I wouldn't mind more stuff like Pichu
Well I think is has something to do with Nostalgia. It unconsciously brings back memories and that sorta makes you emotional..I think. I'm pretty sure I'll do the same thing when I'm ever gonna re-watch it. The ending was sad bit I didn't do that much to me when I was a kid. Right now..I think I'll get teary ;-;
