Indeed, totally makes me think of Freezer/Bhu, lol.

I've seen the trailer. Looks nice and more serious―at least in terms of danger assessment―compared to the previous BW movies (Victini's only put the lives of some in risk; Kyurem's only endangered Keldeo & co.)

One thing I've often wondered with many Pokemon movies is how people are often conveniently not around whenever there's danger. Most recently, when Kyurem and its army of Cryogonal chased after Keldeo, no citizen was outside (sure, it was at night, but still) except Ash & co. despite Kyurem et al spewing Ice Beam here and there. It's nice to see that people are finally getting involved in the dangers our main characters are facing that can possibly result in lots of deaths and high casualties. /I'm sick

Also, yeah, I was shocked to see that Mewtwo's VA is female. I thought it was a narrator or someone else, but lines like "just like me, those Genesect are also man-made Pokemon" gave it away. I watched Mewtwo's movies in both Japanese and English dubs and I'm certain he (yes, he!) was voiced by a male VA in both versions...

I do understand what you mean.
No way there's no one around when bad stuff happens in..big cities :o

But being a kids show..I don't think you will see injured citizens (or even blood on other people besides the mains) anytime soon
I have a bad memory..was there even blood in all of the episodes?

no... i never see blood... in pokemon episode as i remember.... well this show is for children... tjere will be no blood i guess...

But I guess a little more reality concerning the bystanders could be welcome imo.

No, no blood. Far as I can recall, at most, there have only been bruises. Maybe there's blood on small cuts, but they don't count. Heck, in reality, Pokemon battles should be something bloody. There's no way moves like Guillotine, for example, don't leave the battlefield bloody. But yeah, regardless, more civilians getting dragged into danger, please!

Only played Mystery Dungeon Red Rescue Team on the GBA. It was quite fun, but being no fan of dungeon-crawling games, it's not something I'd like to replay. Same reason why I didn't try out the DS version. Other spin-offs I've tried are perhaps just Conquest (was actually addictive) and PokePal.

In any case, I'm guessing they're gonna reveal more stuff about X & Y along with the release of the new movie. TPC (The Pokemon Company)'s marketing is golden, so I'm not surprised if they're holding back information on purpose.

The only spin-off pokemon game I played was Pokemon Trozei.
Quite fun in the beginning but it wears off pretty quickly...

Hm..I guess that's right.
I'm not asking for them to show everything already but at least a silhouette of a Pokemon would be great, I'm really curious to see how they turned out, be it bad or cool XD

So far we only have Xerneas, Yveltal and Awakened Form of Mewtwo.
There's still around 5 months left to I guess it's a bit early :o

Yeah, it hasn't been that long since BW2 were released. It's still way to early to abandon focus on Unova.

I highly doubt that Sylveon is the only eeveelution this generation so can't wait to see another form! Expecting at least one more.
They gave us 2 more each Generation If I'm right (except in R/S/E)

If Sylveon can be male I'll lose my respect for the creators of pokemon. Not denying that I already lost my respect for them when I figured out that Chicorita got a 87,5% to be a male and 12,5% to be a female...

Nevermind Chikorita..what about Meloetta!? No matter how you looks at it..it's female, yet in-game they made it genderless.

I'm not sure there'll be another new eevolution besides Sylveon. Isn't Sylveon the only one shown in the Genesect movie trailer? I don't think it'd be fair to let Sylveon have so much attention already if there were another eevolution coming.

As about genders, I agree that most starters are more suited to being males, actually. In fact, apart from Chikorita/Bayleef/Meganium, I don't think anyone else is more suited to being female. But yeah, seriously, Gardevoir... I can understand that they prefer people not to breed Meloetta, but freaking Gardevoir! In fact, Gallade is the only particular one as Ralts and Kirlia also look girly.

Most fighting Pokemon should be males too (except maybe Meditite/Medicham?), not just Sawk and Throh and a few others... like how can Conkeldurrhurrherpderp seriously be female.

Events―you're lucky to have them at all! There's none here... I gotta hack my save data to get the unobtainable Pokemon. orz

Some pokemon should only be one gender..Another one that I would like to be only female is Milotic. Every Milotic I bred is female, no matter what the IV's were xD
But yea, fighting types should be male. Female Machamp, go! =_=

I have 400+ events collected on my Diamond game. Spent MANY hours on wifi to do trades and get as many as possible. Events from all over the place, Japan to Germany to USA.
