Yeah! E-4 is finished.
Went with 96hp boss into the night battle and only 2 ships could attack it. And Fusou made the last hit on over 100+ damage

From good drop: Kaga (I even leveled up level 40 for to finish the boss :D)

Going to farm E-1, E-2 for some cute ships.

E5 Pre-boss is even worse because 3x HellCat, if you don't get Air Superiority your KanMusus will get wan-pan a lot by all them HellCat Squad.

1st try: retreat, node G (route: A-C-E-G)
2nd try: retreat, node H (A-C-E-H)
3rd try: retreat, node E (A-C-E)
4th try: retreat, node G (A-C-E-G)

change constitution of 1st fleet to get Air Superiority
(and change equipment)

5th try: retreat, node A
= A: Haruna heavy-damage (wan-pan), Sendai heavy-damage (wan-pan)
6th try: Boss, S-victory (A-C-E-H-J)
= H: Hiei and Haruna moderate-damage, J: Haruna heavy-damage, Mutsu heavy-damage (wan-pan)

E4 and E5 I had trouble with, I had some trolling in E2 but you're past that stage so you're good. And what do you mean you reduced the E-3 boss to 0 hp but haven't sink her? Unless you mean the bar? If so I think its on 1, not 0 if you haven't yet to sink her during final rotation encounter.

I hit 15k fuel and stockpiled 50 buckets again so i'll do some E-5 runs after dinner... we will see how that goes though.

mmh.. I would have had more time, if this event wasn't during my freaking exam period. :/

anyways.. probably won't try E-5 anymore. might farm E-2 or E-3 for a bit for the last days. during this even i got U-511, Katori and 11 other new girls. it was more or less a success (at least compared to my first event. this is my second).

Dammit it's CNY. Now I have to spend the time visiting relatives instead of spamming E-3 hoping my fuel lasts out for E-4 or farming E-1 and E-2. Very disappointed that I haven't been getting many new ships either. 新年快乐 to all those concerned.

hmm... I didn't feel E-4(easy) to be very difficult because I cleared E-2 on hard, E-3 on medium. E-4 might be easier than E-3 even if I compare it in the same difficulty. (?)

I'm not using Saiuns since red T on the other nodes are far more helpful than green T. Red T just boosts your survivability a whole lot while a green T during the BB node is a recipe for doom, wreck or get wrecked.
I find the key to clearing E-5 is to actually get to the boss rather than the boss itself
