If it is really true that luck affect cut in chance then I say KTKM, unless you've large excess of Maruyu you can feed to Shimakaze to get it up to around 30, then it is not worth in my opinion.

To be honest, Shimakaze can be replaced by Yukikaze and Shigure who've higher luck stats xD Or Yuudachi and Verniy for other purposes. KTKM wise you only have Ooi and Kiso to choose from, which neither have that much of a luck chance, so it make sense to go for KTKM :P

To be honest the kita cutin benefit over double hit is kinda marginal due to firepower cap. The current theory of luck having a place in the acc formula though is worth a good hard look at to minmax maruyu usage.

But I'd just max my waifu or something dohoho.

What? I think I ate over 5 or more Maruyu at the moment...she is not that hard to find once you start doing LSC to find Yamato, Musashi, Bismarck, Taihou :P

Soft cap depends on your level, Hard cap is 200K last time I checked.

You do realise you can check at the "Score" button on the top left right next to the home button right? I'm on 25750 and each level you get 250, thus because you're 4 level behind that means you're 1k behind which equates to 24750.

Resource hardcap is 300k, items hardcap like dev mats are 3k.

Ahh..Congrats on Hatsushimo K2, she one of my Winter event achievers along with the beaver.

Maruyu sure isn't hard to get...I got like 4-5 of them just LSCing random ships. My current total Maruyu in docks & in heaven, 9 of them. 5 just got eaten. If event isn't near I'll probably craft more Subway.

EDIT : Large scale event with 3 weeks duration. I got a feeling it's gonna be bad, much worse than Winter 2015. As long as I can get that main trophy BB then I'm cool. Hoping that E-6 is a bonus DD trophy like Nowaki/Isokaze so I can give them a mid-finger.

To me, a Mutsuki K2 I'm not gonna bother. Unless she can beat bland Fubuki in stats.
Murakumo has failed in that department.

This teitoku has no fav/waifu DD. Stat is everything!

Generally that tab is close to useless other than whenever you wanted to randomly check your ranking in server, but other than that it really doesn't serve much purpose other than to keep record of Success/Unsuccessful sortie/PvP/exploration.

Bismarck Drei joins my fleet, it seems like I'm on the low end for resource compared to you guys, but I guess I didn't regret the massive LSC spree that I did because of that I got Bisko, not even mad.
