Ehh... besides the fact that making it an official contest will probably require more effort... a small contest will help with prototyping and iron out issues there may be... like time... A good video can take considerably more effort than just a short story or a signature... It would probably have to run on different rules to start with and the rules will change as the contest develops in later iterations... Also that the interest in such a contest seemed relatively... lacking... the last few times... so might as well just toss another small contest out there to test the waters again before going for the full contest
