Not entirely. There are just small differences that only the obsessed fanboys would see.

And they succeed at making the money. You cannot get through in life without money.

Money makes the world go round.

The original formats or the manga are still there for the fans. Money is involved, but the manga-ka still cares.

The anime versions are a different story. They care, but sales are important as well.

It's hard to please fans or respect the manga while doing things to make money to survive.

Fillers are good and bad~

The anime adaptations cost a lot of money by itself. Voice actors do get a lot of money from it.

The vocal coaches and the directors themselves will train them too.

Singing is important even if you don't take it professionally.

Good for character CDs, marketing to fangirls/fanboys, adding a 'talent' of sorts, and teaches to adjust your voice to low or high pitches.
