Even if it's only the NA releases, it's still pretty much impossible. There are many obscure RPGs out there. xP But if you said " most of all known RPG games" then i could accept that. xD

And if there is some RPG that I can't get my hand on it, I just have to download it, and I know a good website where I can get most of the PS2 game.

Well, i recommend you Tenkuu no Yumina. As for other series like Ikusa Megami, it will take quite a long time to finish as they have a few titles.
