It's a consumer PNY nVidia Quadro NVS 810 4GB (not for gaming) And it shouldn't have fail.
An i loved that VGA card i could have up to 8 different monitors! Though i only used 2 on her!

As i heard from my technician it's a failure from factory and it's not due overheating or anything else!
